Alexa Moeller is a South Eastern Idaho native. She grew up in the small farm town of Mudlake, Idaho. After graduating Rigby High School, she continued her education at the College of Southern Idaho where she pursued her career path in education. She received her Associate’s degree in Secondary Education with a Physical Education emphasis, and then completed her Bachelor’s degree at Idaho State University. Alexa is a first-generation college graduate in her family.

Mrs. Moeller has a love for learning and adapting to all styles of learning through her students each year. She has tutored students all across Southeast Idaho to excel in Mathematics, and has helped students at Alturas Preparatory Academy excel in the subject of Mathematics for the past three years.

Mrs. Moeller also has an undying love for her hometown, family, friends, and her four-legged fur children, Fergie and Mack the Frenchies. She loves to travel to new places but also loves to enjoy her time in her backyard of Idaho camping, hunting, and hiking. 

Mrs. Moeller is unbelievably excited to continue her educator journey at Alturas Preparatory Academy to learn and grow with the students and be a small part in their intellectual journey this year.
