Cicily Seamons

Health/Physical Education

Cicily Seamons was born and raised in Pocatello, Idaho. She is the youngest of 6 kids in a family that loved adventure: biking, backpacking, camping, skiing and sports. She went to Century High School where she played basketball and volleyball. She later attended Idaho State University and graduated with her Secondary Education degree in Health and English.

While attending ISU, she met her husband, Cole. They now have two daughters (10 and 6) and a fluffy goldendoodle. They have lived in Idaho Falls for over 11 years now and love it here. Mrs. Seamons has a passion for health and fitness. She currently teaches Spinning and Weight Lifting at Club Apple. She loves playing pickle ball with her friends, mountain biking, camping with her family, going to the movies, and walking her dog Millie. She hopes to take her first trip to Europe soon to visit her parents who are living in Paris, France for 2 years.

Mrs. Seamons is extremely excited to pass along her passion of health, fitness and sports to the students of APA!
