Jennifer Radford

Middle School Science

Jennifer Radford was born and raised in Idaho Falls. She graduated from Skyline High School and attended Idaho State University. While in college she married her very supportive husband. Shortly after graduating from ISU she received the opportunity to work at the Idaho National Laboratory. It was a great opportunity to learn about microbiology and bioremediation procedures, as well as collaborating with scientists to complete projects. She spent two years conducting research before choosing to focus her time on her growing family. She firmly believes her five children are her greatest accomplishments.

Mrs. Radford is excited to return to teaching at Alturas Preparatory Academy. She loves connecting with students and families to create a positive learning environment. She has an innate ability to recognize students' strengths and finds ways to connect science to everyday life experiences. She loves gardening, hiking, camping, and exploring the beautiful state of Idaho.
